The September 11th Memorial was made available to the public for the first time Sunday as we commemorated the tenth anniversary of the events that took place that day. The names of every person who passed away during the terrorist attacks of February 23, 1993 and September 11, 2001 were inscribed in bronze around two square memorial pools where the Twin Towers once stood.
