Monday, while most people were enjoying some time off for the holiday, President Barack Obama was hard at work as he traveled to Detroit to discuss a plan to get Americans back to work. An estimated 13,000 labor supporters gathered near the General Motors headquarters to hear what our President had to say about the state of unemployment. During the speech, Obama previewed an infastructure improvement plan that will be revealed in detail Thursday when he addresses Congress.
